Vouchers are issued by the airlines when the airline is obligated to accommodate the passenger. Vouchers are provided by the airlines to passengers based on arrangements made by Airport Accommodations on behalf of the airline.
Non-voucher "Pink Coupons" are provided to passengers by the airline when air traffic control delays or weather make for an unplanned overnight in a city at the passengers' expense. Passengers are instructed to contact Airport Accommodations' 24/7 call center at (800) 403-3598, or online at www.apaglobal.com, to arrange a stay at a hotel of their choice. The passenger is responsible for all charges they incur and rates at partner hotels are guaranteed to be the lowest price that hotel offers.
