Airport Accommodations’ Corporate Travel Department provides a web-based travel system, backed by 24/7 customer service support, to service airline employee travel.  Airline employees access a Web site, custom-built for their airline, to book hotel and car rental reservations at rates negotiated for the airline industry.

• Rate Negotiating -  Airport Accommodations negotiates airline employee travel rates at hotels worldwide on behalf of their airline clients.

• Group Bookings – Airport Accommodations negotiate rates with hotels for training, meetings and relocation.

• Rate Auditing – A dedicated account manager audits bookings on a daily basis to ensure that contracted rates are utilized and delivered.

• Custom Reporting – Airline management is provided online access to reports tailored to the exact specifications of the airline.

• 24/7 Corporate Travel Staff – Though all bookings can be made directly on the airline Web site, the corporate travel staff is always available for troubleshooting purposes.
