About Us

Founded in 1988, Airport Accommodations began as a crew sourcing business in New York and was known as Crew Accommodations. Shortly after being founded, distressed passenger service for airlines at Chicagos OHare International Airport was added and the company became known as Airport Accommodations.

Building on the success in Chicago, Airport Accommodations expanded service to other major cities throughout the United States. As the airline industry evolved and passenger displacement became a common occurrence, Airport Accommodations emerged as the premier provider of hotel rooms for distressed passengers in nearly 150 cities throughout North America.

Today, Airport Accommodations' headquarters are based in Chicago and the company has an international presence, servicing passengers, airline crew and business travelers at airports throughout the world.

The product line has been expanded to include employee business travel, training housing, relocation housing and back-of-the-house services such as auditing and payment services.

Airport Accommodations Chicago headquarters houses the in-house Customer Service Sales Center that is available 24/7/365 to support all operations.
